Light deodorization equipment structure(光解除臭设备结构)
UV photolysis oxidation module, each module is composed of stainless steel module frame, cover plate, UV lamp tube (10 pieces), matching ballast and its drive control circuit structure. It provides great feasibility, reliability and flexibility for waste gas treatment projects from design, matching to installation, commissioning and maintenance.
UV光解氧化模块,每个模块由不锈钢模块框架、盖板、UV灯管(10支)、配套镇流器及其驱动控制电路结构组成。为废气治理工程从设计、配套到安装、调试、维护等方面提供了很大的可行性、可靠性、灵活性。
1. Gas collection: use the fan pipe to collect the odor first, and the fan pipe is made of anti-corrosion materials;
2. Purification treatment: the collected odor is sent to the waste gas light deodorization equipment, and it is discharged after being decomposed and oxidized to meet the standard;
3. Oxidation time: In order to ensure the oxidation time of 2 seconds, the rear end needs to be fully oxidized by a sufficiently long pipeline or reaction tank before being discharged;
4. Up-to-standard discharge: the pollutant indicators of the final air outlet meet the "Comprehensive Emission Standards of Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996) and "Odor Pollutant Discharge Standard" (GB14554-1993) emission requirements.
1.气体收集:用风机管道先将臭气收集起来,风机管道采用防腐蚀材料;
2.净化处理:收集后的臭气,送入废气光解除臭设备内,经过分解氧化后达标排放;
3.氧化时间:为保障2秒氧化时间,后端需经足够长管道或反应罐充分氧化后再排放;
4.达标排放:最终出风口各项污染物指标达到《大气污染物综合排放标准》
